Our Company History
My business began in 2008 when I decided to venture out on my own. I come from a family of mechanical and HVAC technicians and grew up in the industry. I also went to Dunwoody and trade schools, so it was a natural progression to enter into business for myself.
Later that year I became a father. Around December, I was diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer and began a battle for my life. I endured chemotherapy and radiation with help from my family, friends and the determination that came from being a dad. I was deemed cancer free in 2010.
Tragedy struck again when my fiancé and my child's mother passed away in an accident, leaving me a single father and business owner. Through all of those hard times, we worked and made sure the company survived — and it did.
We spent the years that followed building a stronger family and a stronger business. The Heating Dude is still here, still growing and still focused on taking care of the people who trust us with their homes and businesses.
